I was born in Ratingen and spent most of my youth in an impoverished post-war housing community in Ratingen West, an exceptionally formative time. After graduating, I aspired to become a stage actor and auditioned at state drama schools. In the midst of this process, my brother Andrzej Fink approached me with a business idea and said, in essence:

Let's make money first.
That's how my journey into entrepreneurship began in 2016. I earned the seed money for our first company bitseven working at a Christmas market. Later, my path led me through founding HausHirsch (2020) and OFFMARKET24 (2022) into real estate, and most recently with Jobriver (IT job board) into the IT-HR universe.
Do I still want to become an actor later? Perhaps, who knows where life takes you. These days, I stay connected to performing through a theatre project focused on violence prevention for children. I'm also politically active, specializing in security and foreign policy.
I'm a history enthusiast, and when reading history, I always recognize a common thread: The only thing that makes our lives here on Earth better in the long run is technology.
Steam engines ushered in the age of abundance. Nitrogen fertilizer conquered hunger.
For this reason, I'm a convinced tech optimist and share my passion for innovation through the SiliconStories channels.
Furthermore, I firmly believe that the world benefits when talented IT experts work on the right projects. That's why my developer job board Jobriver.de specializes in connecting the right talent with forward-looking projects.
Life led me down one of its unplanned paths into real estate, and this has turned out to be an excellent twist of fate. I feel right at home in this field and, together with my brother and our business partner Alexander Ferati, have built a nationwide real estate brokerage: HausHirsch, and notably, without outside capital.
Additionally, the three of us have created one of Germany's largest real estate investor databases. With OFFMARKET24, we provide brokers, developers, and property owners access to over 18,000 institutional investors, enabling discreet direct marketing of suitable properties to exactly the right buyers.
My long-standing membership with the Düsseldorf Toastmasters, one of Europe's largest public speaking clubs, has given me profound knowledge in public speaking. My acting background also serves me well in this regard.
