I was born in Ratingen and spent most of my youth in Ratingen West — a formative time. After graduating, I aimed to become a stage actor and auditioned at state drama schools.

That's how my entrepreneurial journey began in 2016. I earned the seed money for our first company, bitseven, working at a Christmas market. Later, HausHirsch (2020) and OFFMARKET24 (2022) took me into real estate — and most recently Jobriver brought me into the IT/HR space.
Will I return to acting one day? Maybe. For now, I channel that side through performances in a violence-prevention theatre program for children. I'm also politically engaged, with a focus on security and foreign policy.

Real Estate Entrepreneur
My path led into real estate unexpectedly — and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Together with my brother and our business partner Alexander Ferati, we built HausHirsch into a nationwide real estate brokerage — without outside capital.
In addition, with OFFMARKET24 we built one of Germany's largest real-estate investor databases. We provide brokers, developers, and owners access to 17,000+ institutional investors — enabling discreet direct marketing to the right buyers.
